Chef Kevin Tickle co-owner of Heft, High Newton and multi-award-winning artisan baker Aidan Monks from Lovingly Artisan Bakery, Kendal and Altrincham have joined forces to create a unique sourdough bread masterclass followed by lunch at Heft.
Are you ready to up-your Sourdough game, hungry for more knowledge and want to grow as a home baker, have lots of unanswered bread baking questions and you’d like some help then this is the perfect morning for you!
Aidan, a former chef turned artisan baker will show guests how to craft the perfect bread starter and share his hints and tips into the art of making better bread.
Aidan’s approach to every aspect of food is based on an incredible depth of knowledge, experience and constant study and luckily, he is happy to share a little of this knowledge.
You’ll arrive at Heft in the morning for coffee and some home baked goodies before beginning an interactive sourdough workshop with the legendary Aidan Monk of Lovingly Artisan.
