THIS autumn join us for a series of Zoom briefings with a focus on managing the impact Coronavirus has had on your business, says Joanne Holborn (pictured centre).
Our employment law team will share their insights, practical experiences and top tips on managing the problems that have arisen in the workplace due to the pandemic.
Our first Zoominar is on Tuesday 29 September, 10 – 11am and will cover post – furlough redundancies.
In this session we will look at some of the key issues that employers need to consider in a redundancy process. We will cover fair selection, the importance of consultation, suitable alternative employment, statutory notice payments and issues surrounding redundancy and furloughed staff.
You will also have the opportunity to ask our experienced lawyers any questions. Following each session there will be an opportunity for a social and catch up with Jo, Tom and Caroline as well as other HR professionals and business owners in a social break out room.
