Local estate agents Thomson Hayton Winkley are celebrating being shortlisted for a national Estate Agency Award in 3 different categories.
The south lakes based company with offices in Kendal, Windermere, Grange-Over-Sands and Kirkby Lonsdale have been nominated for the Negotiator Awards 2019. These awards are the UK’s most prestigious national Awards for the estate and lettings agency industry. The three categories that Thomson Hayton Winkley Estate Agents have been shortlisted for are:
- Regional Award – North East and North West
- Single Branch Lettings Agency of the Year
- Estate Agency of the Year: 2 – 4 branches

The Negotiator Awards, were established in 2008 and have become the most prestigious awards ceremony for the UK residential estate and letting agency industry. Estate and letting agents can enter the awards with no charge – entry to The Negotiator Awards is free. There are no charges associated with entering at all, making it the most inclusive estate agent awards programme for UK residential agency.
The winners will be announced on 29 November 2019.
