THOMSON Hayton Winkley Estate Agents added another award to their portfolio by winning the Negotiator Awards 2019 – which celebrate excellence in agency.
The South Lakes and North Lancs based agency that has offices in Kendal, Windermere, Grange- over- Sands and Kirkby Lonsdale and cover a geographical area of the South Lakes, North Lancashire and the Yorkshire Dales, have been awarded the Negotiator award for the second time; Silver Award for the Regional North East and North West Agency of the Year and a New Highly Commended award for the Single Branch Lettings Agency of the Year across the UK.
The Negotiator Award is a leading awards programme for estate and letting agents in the UK and their suppliers and is organised by the industry’s only trade magazine – The Negotiator which has been established for over 30 years. 2019 saw over 300 entries to the Awards, a record breaker yet again, which is astonishing in the current climate.
The entries were of a particularly high standard this year. There was new recognition introduced, Highly Commended, winners were given a special certificate by The Negotiator.
Angela Horn and Clare Hoban directors of Thomson Hayton Winkley attended the event, at The Grosvenor House Hotel, London the theme of the evening was the Greatest Showman and included performers from Cirque Du Soleil.

Whilst both awards recognise our business we are particularly thrilled to have been highly commended for the Single Branch Lettings Agency of the year. This was a nationwide award and there were 23 other agencies on the short list.”
These two Negotiator awards are added to our recent recognition by the Best Estate Agent Guide that placed us in the top 3% of agencies in the UK for Sales and Lettings and our British Property Award.”
