The Family Business Network has a fully funded workshop, followed by 1:1 business support for family business available for community across Cumbria.
The programme kicks off with a 90-minute workshop via Zoom on a date of your choice (26 Jan 13:30-15:00, 16 Feb 10:00-11:30 or 3 March 11:00-12:30) in which we will cover:
- Introductions
- Value, profit & people
- Focus & Discipline – What’s important to me, my business, and my team
- S.O.A.R – Strengths, Opportunities, Actions, Results
- The business planning tool
These are big subject areas, but this top line will be covered to ensure those taking part all finish the session with outcomes for them to take away and implement back into their business.
This is then followed up with a 1:1 tailored to each specific business, to address the needs identified. This may constitute coaching, mentoring, consultancy or broad advisory from a member of The Family Business Network team.
Finally, there will then be an opportunity to join a peer group programme if those attending wish as a follow on to this 1:1 support.
