The shortlisted finalists for this year’s Baking Industry Awards 2025, (BIAs), the baking industry Oscars, were announced recently, and Northwest-based artisan bakery Lovingly Artisan, based at Plumgarth’s, Kendal, and at Altrincham Market, Manchester, discovered that they’d been shortlisted in the Craft Bakery Business of the Year category, alongside Biscuiteers, Cooplands, Dougies Goodies, Grant’s Bakery and The Tiny Bakery.
Now the Lovingly Artisan team, alongside the other shortlisted finalists, will all have to wait until the black-tie awards evening at the Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, on Thursday, 23rd October 2024, to find out who wins across each of the 14 award categories in the 38th Baking Industry Awards.
