A new training and development business, Hamilton Training Services, has been launched here in Cumbria. Hamilton Training Services will be able to support and work across different sectors and with businesses of all shapes and sizes.
Founded by Craig Hamilton, who has previously held L&D leadership and management roles in various sectors and has a keen understanding of the importance of developing people and its impact on organisational effectiveness and success.
Hamilton Training Services has a pragmatic, collaborative and responsive approach and is able to support with large projects or bolster provision at key times or support with specific groups such as Apprentices, Early Careers or Management Development.
With a focus on flexibility, all programmes are designed to meet the specific needs of clients, whether delivered in-person, online, or through a hybrid model.
