Join Chesworth Communications for one of two media interview training workshops, hosted by Cumbria Chamber of Commerce.
Karen Morley-Chesworth, Partner of Chesworth Communications is leading the half-day sessions.
This course will enable people to become powerful advocates for their organisation when carrying out any type of media interview. It’s a highly practical course, giving delegates the chance not just to learn all the key lessons of media training, but to practice those techniques through a range of simulated interviews.
Karen has worked in the media and communications for over 30 years, and is a member of the PRCA and GSC. She said: “Our spokesperson training is an introduction to preparing managers and team leaders for broadcast interviews.
“All our workshops include one-month follow-on support, to help you put into practise the learning and get the publicity and planning in place to maximise every opportunity.”
Tracey Telford, Cumbria Chamber of Commerce’s Training and Consultancy Coordinator said: “Knowing how to properly communicate with the media and your teams are essential skills to have in business.
“Whether a crisis has arisen, you’re launching a new product or service or are announcing company news, it’s vital you know how to effectively communicate with the media and maintain a positive relationship with them.”
The standard rate for each of the above sessions is £145+VAT. These are however offered to Chambers for a huge discount at £95+VAT. If you’d like to become a Cumbria Chamber member from as little as just £110+VAT for a sole trader, please visit here.
