System People recently launched The Business Academy – a professional institute that matches school leavers with a range of local employers that offers a clear progression route into the world of business, spanning across many different sectors. Examples include Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Office Support and more!
The Academy is underpinned by a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship qualification, which is a fully funded programme, where training is delivered by System People, and employment is provided by a local company.
