Farlam Hall Hotel is proud to announce the launch of its newest culinary offering, Hrishis’s Table, adding a third dining experience to the current Michelin Starred ‘Cedar Tree’ and Bistro Enkle, this exclusive, private dining experience offers up to 10 guests an intimate evening in the luxurious setting of the Tack House at Farlam Hall. Diners will be treated to a masterclass in gastronomy, with dishes prepared and served by renowned Chef Patron Hrishikesh Desai and Head Chef Benhur Gaikwad.
The evening begins with a Champagne and canapé reception, setting the tone for an elegant and immersive culinary journey. Guests will then indulge in a series of expertly crafted tasting dishes, which can be meticulously paired with fine wines to complement the flavours. The experience concludes with coffee and exquisite petit fours, rounding off a truly unforgettable dining adventure.
Chef Patron Hrishikesh Desai, winner of the prestigious Roux Scholarship and finalist of BBC’s “Great British Menu,” brings his signature flair and creativity to the Chef’s Table. Alongside Head Chef Benhur Gaikwad, the pair craft a menu that elevates seasonal, locally sourced ingredients into culinary art.
