The Family Business Network’s Fam Biz Advisory Board Programme are recruiting family businesses for their new 2022 programme.
The Advisory Boards pair family businesses with a board of fie senior individuals with different skill sets to work with over the course of one year. They are there to give the family businesses an external perspective and objective input.
There is a virtual induction event, giving the family business members the opportunity to meet other participants and the Family Business Network will arrange catch ups as the programme progresses for feedback and general peer to peer conversations with others involved on the programme.
Those taking part will attend online meetings every three months over a 12-month period to talk through challenges and gain input, with the pandemic the meetings have been online and there are no plans to change this as yet, however those taking part and their board are free to arrange individual catch ups on site or other meetings if they wish to do so in between the three monthly meetings that The Family Business Network will arrange for you.
Those taking part will identify actions to help move their business forward and will report back to their board for accountability and guidance.
The Family Business Network will coordinate all meetings and work with those taking part on meeting updates and action updates throughout the 12 months and be on hand to answer any queries/signpost and general day to day relationship management.
Investment is £995 plus vat and can be paid in one payment or two monthly payments (there is some flexibility on payment terms if required).
