“Our spokesperson training is an introduction to preparing managers and team leaders for broadcast interviews.

“All our workshops include one-month follow-on support, to help you put into practise the learning and get the publicity and planning in place to maximise every opportunity.”

Tracey Telford, Cumbria Chamber of Commerce’s Training and Consultancy Coordinator said: “Knowing how to properly communicate with the media and your teams are essential skills to have in business.

“Whether a crisis has arisen, you’re launching a new product or service or are announcing company news, it’s vital you know how to effectively communicate with the media and maintain a positive relationship with them.
