After more than 30 years working for
We launch Chesworth Press Agency providing news services to local, regional and national press and teletex (for those who can remember the ITV service before the internet!). Now 25 years later, following a rebrand to represent the wider range of media and corporate services we provide, Chesworth Communications is moving onto the next generation.
When we launched our business we were a couple – Maurice Chesworth and Karen Morley, today we are a trio as our daughter Katie May joins the family firm after gaining a first-class honours degree and Masters in Law. Katie was a finalist in the North West Bloggers Awards with KTMY.co.uk.
Experienced journalists, broadcasters and online content creators, we work for the public sector, national and international publications, regional press and provided media training and crisis management to SMEs and corporate clients.
Our family business has been an online publisher since 2019, and continues to develop our e-publications promotion Cumbria and serving the business community in this region, which includes the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the English Lake District.
