Carlisle legal firm Wragg Mark-Bell accredited to conveyancing scheme

Carlisle law firm Wragg Mark-Bell has again gained accreditation for a prestigious industry-standard conveyancing scheme.

The Castle Street solicitors practice was told this month that its application for the Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation had been successful.

The scheme is a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices. It shows that a practice has the expertise to deliver quality residential conveyancing advice; use standardised processes to manage and reduce risks; and educates clients about what to expect when paying for conveyancing advice.

CQS demonstrates that a firm can provide residential conveyancing advice of the level expected by clients, lenders and the wider residential conveyancing community.

The accreditation reinforces Wragg Mark-Bell’s commitment to high standards in conveyancing, an area of business the firm has been growing in recent years.

Director Laura Urquhart said: “We are proud to once again be part of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.

“It further emphasises that we never rest on our laurels at Wragg Mark-Bell but strive to not just maintain but improve our levels of service in all areas of the business, including conveyancing.

“Part of that development has been the hiring of new talent to join our already experienced team over the last 18 months as we continue our expansion of the conveyancing department.”
