A Carlisle law firm has reaffirmed its commitment to high standards after once again successfully passing its annual quality review in 2026.
Wragg Mark-Bell Solicitors has now held Lexcel accreditation for more than a decade, continuing to meet the rigorous benchmark set by The Law Society of England and Wales.
The Lexcel standard recognises firms that demonstrate excellence in areas including client care, compliance, structure and strategy, and people and practice management. While the accreditation lasts for three years, firms must undergo a detailed annual assessment to ensure standards are consistently maintained.
Maintaining Lexcel status also allows the Castle Street-based firm to hold a Legal Aid Contract, underlining its ability to deliver trusted and regulated legal services.
Managing Director Nick Kennon said: “Retaining our Lexcel accreditation year after year is something we take very seriously. It reflects the dedication of our whole team to maintaining high standards across every part of the business, from client care through to how we manage and develop our people.
“This latest review shows that we continue to meet – and strive to exceed – the expectations placed on us. We are always looking at how we can improve and adapt, ensuring our clients receive a professional, reliable and supportive service when they need it most.”
