Wine expert Janette McLauglin is hosting a special evening of tasting and quizzing in aid of Carer support South Lakes.
Janette, EWGA Wines Sales Director will introduce guests to the world of wine, followed by a quiz to test your knowledge with a fun wine-theme.
The event takes place in the Kendal Museum Cellar on Thursday, March 7.
CSSL Events, Campaigns & Fundraising Manager, Marian Graveson said: “Join us for an evening that promises to be enormous fun. The support from businesses like EWGA Wines is indispensable; not only raising funds but also raising awareness of the lives of unpaid Carers in our community.”
“The evening is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of wine as Janette guides you through the flavours and aromas of six carefully selected wines. From velvety reds to crisp whites, each sip will be a journey for your taste buds.”
“This will be followed by quiz fun, testing your wine knowledge with a fun wine-themed quiz hosted by Janette.
“Events like this are vital for the well-being of unpaid carers across all ages, from 5 to 100. They provide a platform to acknowledge and address the challenges these individuals face daily.”
“The funds raised during these events contribute directly so that we can continue to offer support and services and generate positive change.”
