Award-winning jazz musician comes to Skirwith

Zoe Gilby

Award-winning jazz vocalist and songwriter Zoe Gilby will be performing an evening of captivating music with her talented quartet at Skirwith Village Hall.

Winner of the Parliamentary Awards Jazz Vocalist of the Year in 2019, Tyneside-based Gilby will perform inspired and unusual covers combined with original songs composed with double bassist husband Andy Champion on Friday 13th May 2022 at 7.30pm.

The concert, which is part of the Highlights Rural Touring Scheme, will see this rising star deliver a powerful collection of songs with her unique musical sophistication and dramatic edge.
